 Sounds to me like he is trying to get you into bed. He's thought up a plan that he was hoping would get his foot in the door with so to speak. A little kiss here, a caress of the lower back there. Then a brush across a breast, a longer than normal kiss. An apology if there is a protest. Then right back to the slow escalation. Asking you to find someone keeps you in the loop. Gets you to learn his likes and dislikes while he learns yours.
