 Hmm could it be the geographical location in which you live in and the people that reside there or simply better luck than the rest of us here? Not sure. No matter how many times I have ever revised my profile, I've yielded the same ignorant results with others here. Very few ever read profiles for some reason....and I'm even referring to the premium members who do have that ability to. It's frustrating and wastes my time ( and theirs ). In fact, I have dropped off the site and two weeks ago I have stopped actively looking, revised my profile to clearly say that, yet still get the same number of goofballs pursuing me blindly each day for reasons unknown to me. Why? Guess you're just having better luck than the rest of us here. I never notice positive change of people reading profiles here, ever.

I'm agreeing with another member here who said that if they are free standard members here, then how are they finding a way to email women if they are unable to view profiles to begin with?

On a side note, a major flaw of the system here is in allowing standard members to be able to contact premium members here via the IM service provided here. Sadly, that opens up a whole can of worms in countless standard men constantly bombarding me ( as a Gold member here ) blindly with irrelevant intent and in asking all sorts of things to me that are clearly posted directly on my profile. It defeats the point of having a profile system at all if nobody here can or will read it. The idea is to read a profile FIRST. Determine whether you fit into the criteria they describe. If not, move on...if so, send an email or IM. The idea is NOT to blindly write to people first, have no clue what they seek ( whether out of ignorance or simply being a standard ) and then bug people who have no interests in you, waste their time and have actual paying members now catering to the free standards who sit back and expect a free ride. This site is a complete mess...and a joke!!

Oh, and don't start me up on the system of 'testimonials', either. How stupid is it, that once you leave a testimonial to someone, that the person you're leaving it to has to FIRST approve of it in order for it to be posted? This is laughable and once again, completely defeats the entire point of an honest testimony ( whether good or bad ) left to someone.

Not correct. A non paying member can read profiles and send messages by using points.

Granted, I suppose there are a few minor ways to earn points without paying, such as Ambassador Tasks, camming for tip requests, tip donations, posting on blogs/groups or creating you own, receiving comments, referrals, magazine articles, uploading pics/videos, etc... , but I think that the site has really cracked down on the potential for profile reading or even IM'ing anymore. For the most part, your options are very limited here as a standard member and to read everyone's profiles before contacting, I'd assume would take quite an amount of points earned/spent on such. Also, if you have been here for years, the chances are that you have been here when the system of points was in it's early stages and accumulation of points without a maximum cap-out level was possible. I think the system here really refined itself like a money-generating machine anymore, so the younger members here are less fortunate and are extremely limited in what they can do here without actually paying a cent for anything.

Just my two cents.

I've never paid for points. They have come to me via blog posting (but I've heard the site no longer does that) and via gifts from other bloggers/members. The ways to earn points are on the points page.

What's wrong with that? Just because someone found what she's looking for means she shouldn't sign in here or chat? This site can be used for a multitude of things, including meets, dating, chatting, socializing, blogging, groups, camming, contests, adult video/magazine, erotic stories, etc... True, it won't stop men from persistently still trying, but it's legitimately easier to now block/ignore those who pursue than it is to re-explain to dozens of people writing that she's taken and no longer looking. I'm pretty sure these are the reasons you're getting 9 comment disagrees so far and not a single neutral or agree vote. Now that's so funny! Lol.

That's the point I make ( no pun intended ). If the site has cracked down on giving points via blogs, gifts, etc..., then you have signed up on the site in an earlier period of time to your favor. Newer members here don't have too much of an option to accumulate that many points to solely remain completely free and yet still have enough to communicate via email/IM/profile view like you can. Your comparison here isn't the same as anyone joining here today because your profile has matured over time. Newer members have few options to contact others except through IM or perhaps blogging, chat room, cam room or something like that.

Talk about "too funny"...I return back here the very next day and Heathen_G has deleted his comment. I suppose his sarcastic comment, 9+ disliked votes against him and not a single neutral or agreed vote backfired on him. His attempt to make others look like a fool backfired and he showed us all what a fool he was instead and cowardly deleted his comment like a dog with it's tail between it's legs. Now that's funny!
