I am forced to intrigue !
We all have sexual urges, and its intensity varies with ambience, environment, age, physical condition, time etc that we are in.
We all also try our best to improve upon our sexual performance for ourself as well as our partner.
What i am wondering is then why not everybody is able to perform optimally?
Can Sun helps in improving performance?
Looking for answers.

is the need of humans same as animals for seeking partner?

Why do we feel need for partner?
As a human being, can we live alone like some animals do live. Some animals feel need for partner only during mating session. Is it only emotions which makes humans different from animals in terms of seeking partner? Or there are some other needs and factors?
I believe if we look at the structure of human and animal bodies, Humans have straight vertical back bone (vertebrate) and most animals have horizontal or not vertical. Does it create difference? Then if we look at other physical features, Humans have two eyes, two ears, two nostrils, one mouth and two openings for discharging excreta. same is the case with animals in most of the cases.
So still this question is bothering me!

Whether Sex drive is influenced by weather conditions ???
It is often seen that you don’t feel like having sex at certain point of time. Some people may think this has to do with only their physical conditions and in such circumstances they may be tempted to fall on certain medication, which may not be required then. If weather condition is harsh then we at times don’t feel like having sex. So what is solution, for me travel to geographical area where weather is supportive and increases your sexual drive. Or you may regulate temperature of your ambience by using technology like air-conditions or heaters. or you can regulate temperature of your body by exercises, yoga or anything which suits your body.
But please before taking any medication, consult your doctor, who may examine you and guide you accordingly.

Yoga is one of the eight limbs of astanga yoga, yama, niyam, pranayama,assana, pratihar, dharna,dhyan, samadhi.
Yoga is a union, union with one self. So when one is united with himself or herself, they dont need external dependence. In absence of external dependence one does not feel need for external urges. But that would be for advance practice.

21st Century is welcomed by all of us with a bang !
But as the problem of 2k is solved in IT sector, our life got entangled in different web. These days we have social sites for networking. People are preferring single and independent life style. but as soon as we touch late thirties we start realising that it is not easy to spend your weekends and we start exploring social sites. On social sites we explore our sexual fantasies and emotional urges. But somehow there is some vagueness in life even having fulfilled desired emotional and physical needs. We all lack some kind of connect, which seems to be good but not real.
