No longer an active AFF member, but i had a wonderful time! If you are someone who is trying to find new friends, I suggest a few tips. Be extra understanding, people are busy and have lives. There are also bots and spam, so they may not have seen your message, or even know if your message was real. So play it cool while they anxiously check your profile every few days. If you can, set a day of the week when you are free to meet and put it in your profile's title. Its important to give people a chance to ask you out too! You'd be surprised how often a vanilla icebreaker date ie lunch or coffee can lead to some wild encounters on the 2nd or 3rd date. Alot of people need time to really get the idea of fucking you stuck into their head. Patience always works! Dont want to be an ad here, but getting gold is important if you can. Not only to see profiles and share your own. But also to prove you are a real person. If there are sex clubs or meetups or munches in your area you need to get off your internet and attend those events! The real people are meeting in real life. They use these sites to find the events. That's where you want to be. When you do go to an event, be extra nice and understanding. Check the rules/etiquette with the event planners and follow those rules. If nothing happens, just have fun meeting people. That's how you get invited back. Last piece of advice, try things with people you normally wouldnt so long as its safe and consentual. You'd be surprised whom is actually going to be the best fuckbuddy of your life!
